whom are you looking for ??

Julia

Julia Report 18 Nov 2012 17:08

I said that I found your remarks offensive and abusive, not the other 7,999,999. I can'r speak for them, only myself.
And, anything less thatn a gentleman would turn the thread around to say someone was attention seeking, instead of holding their hand up, and accepting they had been abusive. and offensive

Reading but not posting much is where I am at the moment. Because I have to be a bit careful what I say I tend to steer clear of saying too much on here when I'm not in a good place in the real world.

Still like the site...still read daily.. to catch up with friends on here....just got not much to say just now .....sometimes you can see things in a different way by just reading....

I know what you mean Muffy - some things are just best left unsaid ;-)

Sorry Suzanne, to go off-track. Glad to see you posting again. I just look upon you as a regular on here and enjoy your posts :-)

Allan Report 18 Nov 2012 20:47

Hi Suzanne

I've been busy fattening the pigs (guinea variety) for Christmas.

Got one h*ll of a shock yesterday morning when i went to open their cage. Locked inside was a bob tailed lizard. Boy did I get an offended look from both the lizard and the pigs :-|

The lizards have been in the cage before as they like the same food as the guinea pigs, but this would be the first time one has been locked in with them :-D

George

George Report 18 Nov 2012 21:00

Allan,
Do you get a whole meal from one guinea pig, or do you have to cook 2 :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

George :-) :-) :-) :-)

Allan

Allan Report 18 Nov 2012 21:24

Usually two, George, but I'm on a diet at the moment :-D :-D

Blinkin site funnier than the Julia and John show :-D

Suzanne Report 18 Nov 2012 22:00

i love the Allan and George and Sue show, ive missed it.

Allan
if the lizards eat the guinea pigs, you will have our version of 2 bird roast. a bird inside a bird,in your case it would be .a small furry animal inside a lizard, same really.but i think you would need a very sharp knife to cut through the very tough skin of the lizard to get to the juicy meat of the guinea pig.enjoy :-D :-D :-D

Hi there Suzanne - don't know if you remember me - I used to be Ann of Green Gables

No way is this site "dying on it's feet", for the most part it's a good as it ever was, I love chatting on here - no one rules the boards, not even idiots, though some idiots do make some unforgiveable comments on here and are consistently rude whilst claiming not to be

But that's just the way it is - you can ignore them, but when they get really personal, which they have times without number, you have to stand your corner and if they warrant reporting, then report them

JustJohn Report 18 Nov 2012 22:08

Suzanne I have no idea what you are talking about. I was not expecting this to develop into a delicacy of lizard wrapped round a hamster or two. :-( :-( :-(

Have you not been in Lidl recently? They have all that sort of thing now. Yesterday I nearly bought reindeer steaks and their 3 bird roast but only had a fiver.

But am sure I saw hamster/guinea pig/lizard roast for £9.95 :-D ;-)
