Mildred I have thought about talking books, she loves TV and radio............

I saw Susan Boyle singing from her latest CD on TV for Childen in Need very nice. I will be visiting her tomorrow, so will drop a few hints.

any books been published of the place where she was born or lived in as a child?

talking books are great, and if you nod off in the middle of a story its just a matter of replay button, they are great for long stays in during winter, with well known voices from TV and Radio.

I agree with you, Kay. My Dad has talking books , as he can't see to read any more. He was reluctant to try them, but finds that the readers really bring the tales to life, and he finds them a great way to pass the time.
