I thought I was already there Allan, or at the very least the Twilight Zone *hums theme tune*.

They should have cast me in Twin Peaks, that was so surreal I felt quite at home ;-)

Off to attach electrodes to my scalp, I like a bit of neuron stimulation whilst I am sleeping. It prepares me for GR :-D :-D

I rather suspect John was referring to pre-menstrual tension (sorry any chaps reading this).

I've checked my birth certificate and that rules me out of PMS so I'll stick with the moron guess.

Speaking of Revealing:

Chapter one, verse eight; “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending..” and again, verse eleven; “Saying. I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last…”

The Revelation Of St. John The Divine.

Allan Quite a revelation. St John over 90 years of age and banged up on Patmos. Yet just the most fascinating revelation and (with Isaiah and Hebrews) my favourite book :-D :-D :-D

Still hope for us old boys to leave a legacy to this world ;-)

Hope that thought is not too serious for this thread :-)

lol Allan - St John sure knew what he was talking about - revealing indeed :-D

Allan

Allan Report 21 Nov 2012 11:21

John, my legacy to this world is my children.

Especially my daughter who enjoys(?) the same sense of humour as I do.

No, John, that thought is not too serious for this thread.

Ann, indeed he did! :-)

Allan That is a nice thought. My daughter is like me - same humour, very funny and centre stage always. She is so like my mum :-D I remember when I moved to Abergele in N Wales in 1976, I was working long hours and hardly saw the neighbours apart from a smile. Mum came up for a week's holiday to see all her old friends in nearby Colwyn Bay where she was born and brought up. On first day, she knocked at door of all my neighbours and told them how wonderful I was.

Next weekend, after mum had gone home, I was out washing the car. Everyone but everyone stopped to talk. What a lovely mum you have John, how is Tesco going, I believe you are courting a Holywell girl etc. My whole life was an open book (don't we miss our lovely mums :-()
