Only just seen this thread.

Poor Dizzi , pneumonia is ghastly and it will take time.

Some of you may remember I went in Xmas Day 2007 and was in 22 days, then could only walk around at snails pace and did not drive for another 2 months.

My thoughts are with you, best wishes, J*

Wondering if this thread can be stuck at top. Two of current threads for Nov 11th could perhaps now be stood down.

I was very moved by J* who has had and got over this terrible pneumonia. That was hard, but with Parkinsons as well, it is going to be even more of a struggle for Dizzi. But what a fighter she is, and what a huge amount of love for her :-D :-D

Thank you for the update Carol. I hope that she will start to feel a little better very soon, I know from my own experience it takes a few months to recover from pneumonia. Unlike Dizzi I didn't have Parkinsons, so as John has said, it will be even more of a struggle for her.

Sending Dizzi lots of get well wishes, and hope there will soon be an improvement in her condition.

Just tried to add to this thread and managed to lose the message. it is up in the ether somewhere, (possibly in the land of lost socks), having a nice swirl!

Dizzi, thinking of you while you are having your organised "sleep-in"

I hope that your meds. start to work and get rid of the nasty pneumonia.
Looking forward to that CAPITOL day when you are back on the boards.
