Rambling

Rambling Report 2 Dec 2012 18:40

DIDN'T write ( has to be sung to 'Down to Margate' tune with appropriate cockney accent) ;-)

Well, I'll be working hard to reach me target,
To earn a few bob for a day trip down the market
I’m gonna blow the lot on all me family
Presents and food and Christmas balls
To put upon the tree.

Down the market To pick up some sprouts Amid the shouts of
“yours for a quid”,
Down the market to get a dress for my princess, and toys for the kid
Down the market I’ll get some lights, and XL tights for mum and me nan
Down the market you can keep your M& S, I fink that you might guess I’d rather have a day down the market in the town

Along the stalls I’ll go and spend me money
And find something for me dad that he’ll find funny
Last year he got a blow up doll that looked like Katie Price
He had to puff so hard that he almost fainted twice!
