	I can't find the other thread so I'll start a new one. Just been to the local library to apply for a renewal pass. You may remember that they had no record of me at the County Council and I only realised when OH got his renewal form to apply. In Gloucestershire they must be getting near the end of the alphabet now so if people haven't heard they should be asking questions. I was told today that in Glos there was a large black hole where many records don't seem to have been transferred, they are expecting a panic rush in March when the old ones expire and can't do anything about it because they just don't know who they are.
