1. Lush.....aaarrrgggghhh I hate that one. Not really a phrase or a cliche Paula, but I just had to get that off my chest!

2. And he turned around and said......I have never quite understood the need for people to have to keep turning around before they are able to remark on a thing, it always puts me in mind of Windy Miller stuck on the Magic Roundabout.

3. All this talk of roadmaps gets on my pip too. Why can't people just say they have set out a plan.

Na wot I mean? :-D

Many years ago, a boss of mine frequently used the term "by and large"

He wrote a report and passed out copies to all of us....

I had to leave the room, danger of wetting myself ........

He used.......... "by enlarge"

Paula,
"Bonding" is a term used when a large company call all their executive staff together for a "get together" / Meeting, so as to familiarize with each others standing in the company.
You know what I mean I`m sure. The hand shakes, back slapping, hugging, fixed fake smiles, etc,etc .
Most of them would stab one of the others in the back, to get one of the higher up positions in the company.
Ps, dont ask me to explain "Orgy" ;-)

Wend,
Dizzi told me to say that . :-D :-D
