A doctor once told my Dad that if he ever felt like exercising, he should go and lie down.

I've got a thick shell and move quite slowly. Can't see me reaching 450, but planning on 107 if anything to do with me. 40 years of projects to do.

Enjoy philosophy (very deep philosophy for me) over my porridge. Thanks Scozz :-D

As I was lying in bed pondering the problems of the world, I rapidly realised that I don't really give a rat's a**e. It's the tortoise life for me!

:-D

1. If walking is good for your health, the postman would be immortal.
2. A whale swims all day, only eats fish, drinks water, and is fat.
3. A rabbit runs and hops and only lives 15 years.
4. A tortoise doesn't run and does nothing, yet it lives for 450 years.

The doctor tells me to exercise more?? I don't think so.

:-D
