I have just proof read a book for an ex GR member - it was on a disc and I made all the necessary alterations but find that they are not on the disc but are on my computer - have spoken to my friend and he asked have I got a burner - I have no idea if I have or not - what can I do to gt the amended copy to him |

The alternative is to get a flash drive. Put it into a USB socket and copy the files onto it. |

AC, not all disc's can be overwritten, you'll need to check what type you have. Agree with KenSE - that's the best, and probably safest, option. |

hmmm - what Sue is alluding to is that when I went on holidays in October my lovely daughter in law went to my house with her neice, who has a cleaning company, and they did a deep clean - I'm rather messy you know - well all these months on I'm still looking for things!!! |
