guaranteed to make one want to punch someone :-D My choices would be :

" Calm down dear"....from anyone at any time
" wind your neck in " ....ditto
" Is it that time of the month?" ( when you're angry and someone is not taking the reason seriously)
" Probably your age"....ditto
" Do you think you can manage that?" (said in a patronising tone which clearly suggests that the speaker doubts you can manage ANYTHING).

SueMaid Not really related but relevant to feeling old... I told Dan his hair 'style' was like George Harrison's....and predictably he replied "I don't know who that is" made me feel very old...so he now knows the names of all 4 Beatles :-D

but mentioning cards, a couple of times I have left my co op card behind and when I next go in ask if it's there...it always is, and they have to go through a 'deck' of them to find it , so I am evidently not the only one :-D
