**Ann**, it wasn't as expensive to have a horse in the 60s as it is now, he lived in a field over the back of our house. So I could always see what he was up to.

Aged about 9/10, I was bought a toy Baby Grand Piano. Older boy couson thought it would be a good idea to make it sound like Winifred Atwells Honky Tonk Piano, so stuck drawing pins in the end of all the hammers. Needless to say it did not work, and he had to buy me another out of his wages.
Still don't like him. Ha,ha

Julia......Have been doing some wrapping.....I think I may have bought the little Darlinks too much....forgot what I had bought over the weeks or rather ordered over the net!!!

What happened to the 1 pillowcase per person :-D

only thing i got close to a piano with was the lego one I bought with some Christmas money was out of WHSmith can still remember buying it and putting it together.

Dawn......never knew they did a piano....my son is a Lego maniac, the attic is full of the stuff all with their original boxes....he won't part with any of it. He is 29 now and is still buying it would you believe......boys and their toys eh! :-)

**Ann** Indeed, what happened to one pillowcase each.

Mine are all girls to provide for this year, and I decided to crochet things for them. So, with 5 girls, that was 12 items, different colours and patterns each time, and a bag of stuffed toys for the baby of the bunch, including the bag.
Then I crocheted an Afghan for a daughter, and a blossoming cushion, and three sets of cowls and driving gloves for others.
I did start off this venture with fingers, now they are practically stumps. LOLOL

Was the mid 70s I bought it dont know what happened to it.

Am thinking it must be the bigger Lego then Dawn....have bought the little man in my avatar ......playmobile castle....nearly fainted at the price!
