Not exactly split across the top Ann, but it was definitely a case of them being opened deliberately because you could tell they'd all been ripped a bit in places .... |

Muffy. That is not acceptable, it is an offence to tamper with mail addressed to someone else. You need to report it to the Post office, |

I should've done really Paula...I shall be keeping a close eye though and if I get anymore I will put in a complaint. Fortunately no one sends cash through the post to us so they're wasting their time anyhow...but that's not the point ! x |

There are so many 'specials' helping out at this time of year and they are no longer checked for records etc. A lot of dubious characters get in on the act hoping for rich pickings. Report it anyway - they will then be watched if they have a regular walk to do. Hubby did 32 years on the post. |
