I am hoping that this is the last update I have to do for several years, cos my friend Dizzi is in Hospital. :-D :-D

When she rang me earlier she was in very good spirits, even though she has been told she will not be going home for a few days yet.

She is on NO Parkinsons medication, the tremors have stopped & her family say she is the calmest they have known her to be for several years.

If they can get her laptop on line from the hospital she should be back here later today. <3 :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Unfortunately she could not get on line today, but is in very good spirits even though they are going to re run all the tests before letting her home. :-D

Thanks for updating us once again Carol.

I am so pleased that she is in good spirits now.
Hope that re-running the test is not too upsetting, but sounds like a good idea to let her (and the people involved in her care), just where she stands at the moment.

Hoping that Dizzi goes home soon, and that this time it isn't such a shock to her system.

Very good news-re tremors with no PD pills....makes one wonder what the pills were doing?

Go with the flow Dizzy better to be home well than keep having to go back in.

As many of Dizzi's Consultants are not on duty, Dizzi should be going home later today & going back for test + being monitored weekly.
