How come this problem hasn't been sorted?

What's going on with genes reunited??? Its been weeks now and I still can't access my tree. I am still getting the message HTTP Error 503. I tried to send a message to the help line and I even got the same message on there when I hit the send button. Its now more than 7 weeks since I paid my annual subs that I haven't been able to access my records. I'm definately due a rebate. :-( :-( :-(

I agree.. I had contacted the help line.I was able to access some of my data for a few days and yet again to day I keep getting the HTTP Error 503 -the service is unavaible. :-(

Probably because they are unable to fix it.

It is not only this latest problem, but there has been problems for what seems like ages.
I think it is about time GR employed a computer programmer who has the experience and ability to fix their on going problems, as it is obvious the guy they have now cant.
With all the on-going problems this site has had in the past, I am glad my tree is on ANCESTRY.

Lucky you George. Thanks for your responses. I only wish someone from GR would respond and give me some feedback about the problems I have been having and sort it out or I will be contacting them for a refund.

Im glad its not just me... i did get on it for about an hour tonight but then got booted out... i do agree we have all paid good money for this and it needs to get sorted...

This site freezes on me every time I visit. Tis a PIA. Doesn't happen on other sites I use

It's not good, is it. Like you, George, I'm glad my tree is on Ancestry. This site is only good for the boards, as far as ai can see.
