It can only get better......one day at a time. :-)

I used to practically eat my ciggies I was so addicted....that was 20yrs ago.

Not missed them one bit ..... :-D

Well done, DIZZI. 16 days on life support is a bit of a drastic way to give up smoking, but at least it's broken the habit!

Good going Dizzi. I stopped 1995due a heart prob. Guy in front of me at S'burys t'other day bought 200fags at a cost of £72! I used to smoke at least 200 a week so roughly that equals £3744 a year. Very glad I no longer smoke
