Couple of ideas for using up food not that I have any left
These are finger food



Turkey
Large thicket piece of turkey,wrap in short crust pastry bake till pastry golden
Put on plate with dips so you can use fingers to dip turkey in


Potatoes. Fine grate left over potatoes and veg mix together with hands into balls and drop In pan of oil fry quick till crispy
Do the same with cooked greens and onions fry till crispy ;-) :-P

I cooked the chicken bones (we had Christmas lunch at son's gf's so only had chicken on Boxing Day) in the slow cooker and took the rest of the meat off the bones, and with more left over chicken made a great risotto, using the stock from the slow cooker and a packet of risotto rice from Lidl's. It was great and so easy to do. They are selling packs 2 for £2 at the mo so it was cheap as well, I added mushrooms which I drizzled with oil and cooked on a baking tray.
