	The tree version is still 3.3.3 ehich it has been since before Christmas. Possibly the current problems are to do with one of the servers.

	VIVinHERTS, As I said on another thread yesterday, I am totally losing the plot. I do not know what is going on and I think Genes Reunited lost the plot sometime ago. Like you I noticed that stuff was not being saved, and despite re-entering the information and making sure I saved it, it just kept disappearing, time after time after time :-( Yesterday I went to re-enter details that had disappeared, and to my surprise, guess what, the information had mysteriously re-appeared :-S GUESS WHAT - THIS MORNING IT HAS DISAPPEARED YET AGAIN :-( Come on Genes Reunited, you really need to get your act together and get these numerous tree problems sorted out "once and for all"
	Researching: I have given up trying to find any information on (1) Mother of George Wotherspoon - he was born 1759 in Old Monklands. (2) When James Patrick Clusker born 1890 married Mary Ellen Bryant in USA. (3) Information on Thomas Wotherspoon born 1901 in Fife, lived in the Huddersfield area in 1952. Photo is of me in the cloisters of Iona Abbey.

	Make a change in the information, click on save, work on something else, click on save, check the first thing you changed and saved and the second and have to redo it all again because it hasn't changed and saved. Use up and hour trying to get the thing to save the changed info. Shout and swear in frustration!!!!! :-\| :-\| :-\|

I already pay a subscription and the record sets are pretty good. :-D I'm only here trying to check on all 4,000 and odd comments and notes to transfer those too. In all fairness, I did managed to export my GEDCOM but it doesn't/won't/can't take all the various notes I'd made :-(

And what I want access for is to continue with my marathon task of removing all the spurious guessed birth info the tree used to force us to include and no longer does, and making other updates I keep discovering in the process. I have been at it for 6 months and still only on T.

Member Since: May 2008 Posts: 43 Send Message	I am SICK TO DEATH of the constant problems I have encountered with GR. Endless technical issues that are hardly resolved. I don't pay out money for a service I cannot use. Tree not working AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! - I have limited time outside of work and family to do my research and when I do I can't use the site!! This is the last time and I will transfer to Ancestry when my current subscription ends and I suggest ALL of you do the same.

	Still not able to get onto my family tree for a long time now. I think it's just another way of GR messing things up, rather then fix the problems on this site they do crazy things like put the membership fees up by more then 50%. Thats just my view on it though, anybody have the same view as me?

	Hello Estelle, Problem seems to be spasmodic, some time it loads other times is says "Server Not Available" There also seems to be a problem, again spasmodic, when trying to save information, in particular marriage records, I have drawn this to the attention of Support. James
