Been Snowing since 7.30 am this morning in East Sussex. still at it,Birds are feeding well and bathing in their bath (After I unfroze it) cats decided to monopolise my armchair in front of the fire after taking a peek outside.just hope it stops soon and everyone on here are ok and warm.**M**.

managed to dig my car out of the drive and gingerly negotiated my road - which is always a nightmare as it never ever gets salted - main roads clear, so managed to get to Asda to get some necessaries

we had light powdery snow earlier on but nothing since

Just spoke with neighbours and nothing can access our road apart from 4 x 4s. So we won't be going there tomorrow. I am so disappointed :-(

Everything is compacted solid on the approach roads too and they are expecting more snow Tues and Weds.

it looks full of snow at the moment Sue and my road is really clogged up - tyre tracks up the middle but the rest is still deep snow and the pavements are treacherous - it just does not seem to be melting away - still the same depth in my back garden, tree branches bowed down nearly to the ground in places - I have a large bay tree which has got too high and if I could get there now I could lop the top branches off - don't think I'll try it though

There is a blizzard going on here , near Gt Yarmouth . Very tiny snow is blowing all over the place and it is bitterly cold :-0

I've got the fire on full blast and I'm wearing two jumpers but the end of my nose is still cold :-(

Steady small flakes of snow all day here near Channel coast have given us a good few inches of cover.
If we have this much, it's likely to be much worse on the roads on the hills.
Some local school / college closures announced for tomorrow already.

Have dug out the sturdy wooden sledge which I used for shopping in such weather when the children were young. Looks like I might need it this week.

C managed to walk around Rhiwbina with her snow boots on..lolol

Snowing again in North Wales tonight....ground also frozen....oh heck quite big flakes now!

Fine snow all day in mid Essex, still going last time I looked out (about an hour ago).
But only amounts to two to three inches in total.
Took our Labrador out for about 20 - 25 minutes with her coat on (she's 12 3/4) and she was trotting around like a two year old, obviously enjoying it.

Yes near Mold....we are quite high up here so seem to get a good dollop! Colwyn Bay not far from me on the A55. The ground at the moment is hard as a rock and have to go to Wrexham about 8am!
