Will the royal baby know the code for free credits to FMP already?

Sorry John but you don't know what I think, I would
stick to the Welsh side of things if I were you. :-|

JustJohn Report 16 Jan 2013 16:25

Emma. I think opposite of you about Scottish independence. But same about Queen and Royals. Would be keener on Prince Charles if he had ever made any effort to speak a few words of Welsh. And he really didn't. And he hasn't since. I think Prince William and Kate have both made a bit of an effort at least. He will make a very popular Prince of Wales, I feel sure. And so will his daughter Princess Mona - though as I am 39 and a bit I doubt I will live to see Mona standing outside Caernarfon Castle being dubbed by her dad. :-( ;-)

John don't even go down the road of independence with me,
whatever happens she will always be Queen as far as I'm
concerned.

Emma. Even if Scotand wins independence in a couple of years, I feel sure most of the Scots would want to find a way she can remain their Queen. And I feel sure the same sentiment would apply to Wales.

Political map changes very quickly though. Not quite the same list of titles as Queen Victoria. :-D

Well can't argue with the Queen being of the UK, when i said Britain I
meant UK, in my ignorance thought that would be taken as UK.
Just get fed up of always hearing Queen of England, but thats just one
of those things that annoy me :-)

Surely our Queen is Queen of the United Kingdom? Britain/Gt. Britain does not include N. Ireland.

Fascinating to see that it's now been decided that even if the first child is a female she will be the one to inherit. Not before time, too!

I'm not casting aspersions but anyone with any common sense would have clearly seen that it should always have been the female line to inherit titles, castles etc. for who but the woman would have been sure whose child she was carrying?

Oh dear, I hope I've not set the cat among the pigeons but it would be interesting to see what everyone thinks about this subject.

As long as Kate isn't RC I guess The Firm aren't particularly bothered ;-) :-D

According to fairly definitive online source JewornotJew.com, even if there are Jews in Kate's family tree, at least five generations of the Goldsmith clan have been married in church, so if there was any Jewish link it was lost long ago. Still, it's nice to think that there might possibly be a couple drops of Jewish blood in the royal family for many generations to come - even if they won't exactly be hosting a Seder at Buckingham Palace.

:-D :-D

You also have you're own Prince of Wales so I'd be grateful if I was you. You may even get you're first Princess of Wales. :-)
