Hi Joy Sweetie,
I only have access to 6 other trees and I asked GR months ago how could I delete them as I have no need of them.
They said they were going to sort it... I`m still waiting

I removed my tree during an instability of the site and only looked when I read of an issue.

Did finally access my tree but after several attempts - this is simply unacceptable and GR seem completely indifferent to it all.

Do you have access to a lot of other trees Joy? That may be the problem in your case.

Unable to access Family Tree - AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What on Earth do GR think they are doing . Appalling service as ever. Roll on the time I can switch to Ancestry.
