BBC Breakfast started at 6.30 on 17 Jan 1983 with Frank Bough and Selina Scott.

Russell Grant was a boy and telling first guest Harry Secombe he was a Virgo to typically raised eyebrows, and the Green Goddess was doing what she does best :-D :-D
