Member Since: January 2010 Posts: 21 Send Message	Hi, I have contacted a fair number of people lately and the majority have not even opened their messages let alone replied to their messages. I am finding this disappointing as some of the people I am contacting I feel would have useful information for me regarding my family tree. Is anyone else having the same problem? Are people forgetting about their GR or just not bothering anymore? :-\

	If the messages have not been opened it is likely that the persons are no longer members. GR may not have a current email to be able to notify them of messages so unless the person updates their account they will be none the wiser. They may have finished their tree, lost interest in genealogy, or be ill or have died, any number of reasons really. But people DO come back so don't give up hope of getting a reply. :-D
