Hi, I have contacted a fair number of people lately and the majority have not even opened their messages let alone replied to their messages. I am finding this disappointing as some of the people I am contacting I feel would have useful information for me regarding my family tree. Is anyone else having the same problem? Are people forgetting about their GR or just not bothering anymore? :-\ |

If the messages have not been opened it is likely that the persons are no longer members. GR may not have a current email to be able to notify them of messages so unless the person updates their account they will be none the wiser. |
