It's Australia Day on Saturday 26 January, the day the First Fleet came ashore (in Sydney Cove) in 1788.

I have a convict on the first fleet on the Charlotte and have had an interest in this,so was delighted to walk the historic route around the rock area of Sydney last year.I just printed out the map and followed the trail.Was more interesting to me than seeing all the tall modern buildings.
Have a good Australia Day everyone....wish I was there!
