I have purchased quite a few things from Amazon and have been happy with the prompt delivery.....normally earlier than expected.

Since christmas everything has been delivered by Royal Mail and not once have they knocked,door bell does'nt work and anyone would know if they did'nt hear "ding dong" to knock on the door.

A week or so ago I ordered a bird feeding station plus two extra packages for the nuts and seeds ect. They turned up 5 days earlier than the date they gave me, two were left on the door step and the other was taken back to the sorting office for collection??

I am unable to collect these things myself now, so had to wait for OH to have a day off to go and get it.

I am now thinking if it does'nt fit through the letter box e.g CD's or DVD's I won't bother using them in future

I ordered a book from then a few weeks ago and 10 days later they said they couldn't find us and returned the money We have bought for them before with no problem.

Yesterday I had an invitation to review the book :-S

ordered a travel kettle from Amazon yesterday afternoon and it arrived here at 5.30 pm
