That neighbour I gave the Milk Tray to is an excellent cook.

I didn't want the poor girl to come in and see her present hanging about uneaten for ages so I now have a very happy neighbour.

I should have hinted to her that I would much rather have a jar of pickled onions.

I always provide a basket of fun sized bars of chocolates, lollies,little bags of Haribo for the carers when they come.It kind of ensures warm hands.

They know that the chocolate is safe because I don't much like chocolate,especially milk chocolate,but the Haribos are quite a different matter.

They usually get some chocolate at Christmas and I send some to the office for the lady who makes out the rotas.Think ofit as a bribe,I do.

She has just knocked on the door with an enormous box of Milk Tray, the thing we have always laughed about not giving me for Christmas!
