I feel numb, no feeling at all

I really hope it won't come to this and things work out with treatment

My OH had colon cancer in 2005. They found 2 polyps, one was cancerous. So they removed about 18" of his colon. No further treatment required.

He's fine.


His sister is going through it now ................ ti seems that it is in the family ............ grandmother, father, now the 2 siblings.

She left hers longer, and is having to go through chemotherapy. Prognosis good.


All of our children (3 or hers, 1 of ours) are going to have to start having colonoscopies when they reach 40, just in case.



We got through it with laughter ........ some might think it dark humour at times .......... just the same way that we got through my two breast cancers with mastectomies, one in 1995 and one in 2011.
