I am so fed up with this company.
They are still using my husbands name for the account and he died17 months ago.
I have tried e mailing....Dont use the service much,but just bought something on eBay and tried to call them on the phone.Its just automated and they don't seem to have a facility for a death but same address..won't accept my change of name ..thought I'd done it and its still his name coming up.
Do they realise that this can be upsetting to some people.
Wish I could talk to a human.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

why not just ignore this account and set a new one up in your own name.

then the one in your late husbands name will just sit there inactive forever.

Personally I never use paypal - and if the seller has no facility for me to pay by debit card then they lose my custom...

Brenda its very easy to cancel the account,

Log into Paypal.....you will need the password of course,

click -My Account, then Profile,,,and then cancel account and confirm.......then you can open a new one in your own name.

Kay..I tried that but it says there is already an account at my address and same surname.I followed all the instructions on the site and just want someone to talk to.
Been on a website and it seems other people are having lots of problems since they moved headquarters to Luxembourg.
I have got email address changed,but they still address it to my OH.
