I tried that recipe of Dizzi's Wend and it was gawgiss.......until i bit on one of them buttons.

Just about to savour our Dizzi's recipe for *beef cooked in red wine sauce with button mushrooms and stilton cheese* - dribbling already at the thought :-S

I had a shoulder of lamb at the weekend. I love lamb. I wouldn't normally buy shoulder but it was on offer.

Cooked really slowly in the oven for 4 hours and the meat just melted in the mouth.

Deeeelicious!

I do that, love lamb and regularly do an all in one stew with lamb loads of veg and quartered potatoes. I do it in the pressure cooker the day before so I can skim any fat off then proceed to just have a nibble and then another and another....lovely. Hope you are feeling a bit better love. <3 :-D :-D :-D

BOUGHT SOME STEWING LAMB VERY LEAN
FOR £2.60,DECIDED TO COOK IN THE OVEN
ITS COOKED NICLEY SO DECIDED TO CUT IT UP,
