Ouch! That was an expensive phone call!

It's always worth asking for help here for something like that. There is such a large pool of expertise; someone may be able to help, or point you in a cheaper direction

Hi stephen An DeT, it seem s it is a Help-line,when you dial a number it then takes
you to that one,so you don't realise till you get your bill,and yes it was about the Kindle

Did you have problems in the last billing period you had to ring up about? If not, challenge it with your phone company.

There don't appear to be any adverse comments on the various 'who phoned me' sites - put the number in your search bar, then have a look at the results

not sure if this has been on before,
has any one had dealings with phone number 09116997870, didn't call it ,but is it anything to do with Sky ?it's on my bill premium rate £21
