Ma in law was a stickler for carrot etiquette - sticks if served as a seperate veg and round slices strictly for stews only. |

Do you know, it never occurs to me to think about how I am preparing the carrots so I suppose it is 'as they come'. If roasting they are in chunky bits! If steaming, in sticks. Can rarely be bothered to do them in rounds. (Don't like carrots much anyway unless new baby ones, then steamed whole.) |
