Being a male I enjoy reading the posts on this board and even though I have taken part I felt outnumbered at times by the female fraternity. Over the years that I have been a member I rarely posted anything but a while back I decide to participate and began to like it even though I have had my drawbacks I bear no grudges with anyone and apologise if I have upset any member. Therefore I believe this board should continue.

Well I am paying £49.50 every 6 months and I dont think I am the only one.

When I need a break from look ups, really good to come on here and have a chat and even better to have a laugh or two ;-) ;-)

i think its got a bit stale for me,

but i tend to loose interest for a while, then get it back again,

i think life has moved forward for me and im just soooooooo busy at the moment i dont have much time to watch tedious arguments online, altho a while ago i have been in the thick of it ;-)

There are perhaps a few hundred members who use the boards paying a tenner or so per year. That is an income of a few thousand which wouldn't even pay for one moderator. You would need at least three for 24 hour coverage.

Well I'm so glad that it is ok for me to continue having jolly banter with a few like minded members, and anyone else who cares to join in, on fun threads.

To be honest, I hadn't thought of the disruption to the druid (?), and same sex marriage threads as a fun fest but as far as T8sco goes - I do believe they were horsing around. :-D

Chat has had a problem for many years now. Many members (new & old) have asked for moderators & still continue to ask. GR always come up with a reason why they think this is not needed & will continue to do so. After all we are just the paying members & don't matter. That is why this site will always have a degree of trouble on it.
