I am just still so sad that the children lost their lives.

Whatever was behind their parents' motives will never justify their actions.

Just my opinion.

couldn't agree more - it's a murder trial - end of - they should all get life

JoyBoroAngel

JoyBoroAngel Report 12 Feb 2013 14:19

how could anybody hurt their children is beyond me :-(

AnninGlos Report 12 Feb 2013 14:24

Nothing can ever justify putting any chidren's (or anyone else's) lives at risk like this. Horrendous.

I daren't even start on this one ....

puts duck tape over muffys mouth and ties her to the radiator ;-) ;-)

I have yet to see anyone supporting these two. If you recall from past cases which involve parents being responsible for their child's death there would always be someone who crawled out and made an excuse on their behalf.

I hope it stays that way and anybody who thinks there is a justification will keep quiet.

AnnCardiff Report 12 Feb 2013 15:46

and they should be sterilised

JustGinnie

JustGinnie Report 12 Feb 2013 17:42

From the news I heard on tv it seems it is thought that the fire was started to put blame on the mother of his other children who had left the house and there was to be a custody hearing between her and Mr Philpott.

I doubt very much if any support for them will be forthcoming, there can be no justification in what was done.

I do hope so Ginnie but there's always someone who wants their 15 minutes of fame spouting some psycho babble :-(

Muffyxx

Muffyxx Report 12 Feb 2013 19:35

I just did a huge long post and backspaced.

The gist of it was wondering how they'd have faired if they had PR people working for them.........but pah.........maybe another day.....I just feel heart sorry for those babies...

.I hope they receive a fair trial and a fair verdict..........after that is achieved I'll say more.........and it likely won't be pleasant lol

Muffyxx

Muffyxx Report 12 Feb 2013 21:12

I have no idea !!! I saw it earlier and though I can't remember what it said now it didn't set any alarm bells ringing at the time ! :-|

Muffyxx

Muffyxx Report 12 Feb 2013 21:12

StrayKitten

StrayKitten Report 12 Feb 2013 21:13

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 12 Feb 2013 21:15

excuse me :-D

what I said was "it's a murder trial - end of - give them life"

now the only person that would have upset was someone who supported the scum who carried out this horrendous crime

JustGinnie

JustGinnie Report 12 Feb 2013 21:17

Nothing wrong with Ann's post that I saw.

Muffyxx

Muffyxx Report 12 Feb 2013 21:18

It's not actually a murder trial tbh ann...it's manslaughter...that may be why it was reported now I come to think of it...didn't dawn on me at the time.....but a heads up either on the thread or by PM to ask you to edit wouldn't have hurt fgs !!!!

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 12 Feb 2013 21:19

now who could this lame brain be? someone who doesn't like me - plenty of candidates there I suppose

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 12 Feb 2013 21:20
