	Thought I'd cheat with Aldi pancakes (for savoury as well as sweet), and layered them with mushrooms, leeks and bacon in sauce, and topped them with cheese before baking in the oven. Sounds good? Nah, should have made my own - just too lazy these days!

Problem is we are full from the beef stew that has been simmering all afternoon in the slow cooker :-D Might have to stand till tomorrow.
