my son is a train driver - he is randomly breath tested for alcohol and tested for drugs - and so he should be - I hope they do the same with airline pilots and bus drivers too |

I work on the railway, not only are we randomly tested for both alcohol and drugs sometimes we have to travel some distance, in my case approx 70 miles just to provide the specimen, and we are not told until the day before! |

And what about the driver who ran into the back of her? surely that driver was more at fault than the vicar. At least the vicar did not drive into the back of the learner's car. |

If, instead of a learner driver, a child had suddenly run out in front of the vicar would the vicar have been expected to keep driving because another car was too close behind her? |
