How do I contact Genes Reunited?

I'm sorry, I'm not making myself clear. I find the record for a relative's birth, say. It comes up on a list of other possibles. To have a look at that relative's birth, I click the "view" button. It costs 5 credits to do that. 99 times out of a hundred, the record I am looking for comes up. But just one time in a hundred, I click my relative's button, and someone with a different surname, in a different town comes up. When this happens I click my backward arrow and go back to the same relative on the list. I click to view my relative again, then pay again, and the correct record comes up. |

I dont use the records on here so I dont know....but surely it is only giving you the record you have clicked on? If it does not belong to your ancestor that is not Genes fault |

That sounds silly, I know, but I've wasted many credits on records I didn't ask for, and I want to notify Genes Reunited and get my credits back. |
