I'm sorry, I'm not making myself clear. I find the record for a relative's birth, say. It comes up on a list of other possibles. To have a look at that relative's birth, I click the "view" button. It costs 5 credits to do that. 99 times out of a hundred, the record I am looking for comes up. But just one time in a hundred, I click my relative's button, and someone with a different surname, in a different town comes up. When this happens I click my backward arrow and go back to the same relative on the list. I click to view my relative again, then pay again, and the correct record comes up.

It's a glitch in the system somewhere, which is the problem I want to address with the support people.

I dont use the records on here so I dont know....but surely it is only giving you the record you have clicked on? If it does not belong to your ancestor that is not Genes fault

Thanks for that.

On several occasions, I have clicked to view a record, spent my 5 credits, and a record belonging to a complete stranger has arrived on my screen. I have to pay again to view the record I actually wanted to see. It's annoying, and costly!

Not sure how you have wasted credits on records you have not asked for though

That sounds silly, I know, but I've wasted many credits on records I didn't ask for, and I want to notify Genes Reunited and get my credits back.

How do I do this?
