Absolutely agree....my FIL was underweight and assumed he was healthy....but what he didn't take on board was that his cholesterol was off the scale and eventually he died from a sudden heart attack. |

I was always a skinny child, couldn't tell you what I weighed before the age of 15, wasn't until I had a medical for my first job (aged 15) that I learned I weighed 8 stone,over the years my weight never went up or down (only increasing in pregnancy,5 times) but always returning to the 8 stone mark. |

i think rations should be brought back for the staple things. junk food and drinks should be taxed to the hilt. it would help people get back to cooking from scratch. the instant food barons have made mega money, our health suffers while they put crap into the food chain. a wake up call for all of us. |

suppose main problem is kids having kids - they have no idea how to cook a meal from scratch cos no one has ever taught them - grandmothers are getting younger - some in their thirties - I can only see the situation worsening |
