Yes a lovely couple and a lovely lady.

Used to love them when they were on TV in the long ago days.

I always aspired to look like her in my later years, especially her hairstyle and cheekbones. Or maybe Emma Thompson's mum. Didn't happen.

Elspet Gray, the wife of Sir Brian Rix has died at the age of 83.

She was a beautiful woman as I recall and their Downs Syndrome daughter,Shelley was the reason that she and Sir Brian became so very involved with MENCAP.
