This was taken yesterday Had call from daughter to say that she still seems to be improving and has had X-ray of her brain and it doesn't appear to be damaged. The staff let them go together to get breakfast for first time...will hear later if tests have come back,but at moment looking much better.

Latest is that she has had result of test which shows a rare bacteria ...pasteurella multocida has been detected. It is meningitis and her temp is up and down,but she is much better.had X-rays and kidney and brain function are almost normal. Her sisters have visited today.they allowed children in as it was over 48 hrs since she had been admitted.parents are still staying overnight. Sure she is going to be OK. Brenda x

Mum and dad must be quite frazzled by now but relieved at the prognosis :-) lets hope she will be home soon getting all the fuss and attention that a little Princess needs <3
