I am in touch with Mac, the old geezer, and told him we had lost Jean, he was sorry to hear the news as he said they used to talk a lot.

If anyone wants to go to the funeral we have 2 spare seats in our car.

l was asked about doing a collection .........

Phil has said there are 4 charities they both supported......

Cancer Research, Diabetic, Cats Protection and Dogs Trust.
If you would like to send to any of those, it would make sense you do it rather than send it to me:))

I'm sorry to read of Jeans passing, Condolences to her family and her many friends on GR.

l have just spoken to Jeans niece....herself and her daughter are writing a eulogy, one of them will read it out.
l am typing all the names from here and the Welsh thread, plus some of the messages and they will add so of this in. Especially the fact that jean was so good with todays technology:))

If anyone wants to know more info re the funeral please PM me. Its family flowers only.
There will also be a small service at the church that their son is buried at.

l will be back later with the charity choice.

oh what a shock. I'm so sorry to hear this sad news. I've just been popping in and out of here for a few days and honestly had no idea Jean had passed away.

I'd like to send my condolences to Phil and his family.

Hi.....spoke to Phil and Jeans funeral is next Wednesday.

and he said that would be lovely if anyone wants to donate to a charity....he has 2 in mind and will chat to us about it tomorrow.
