What a star Joy :-D :-D

Swansea sooooo lucky. Cardiff disappointing. Wolves last night were terrible again and Manager Dean Saunders not yet won a game and Chairman threatening to take his millions back to Redrow. Thank goodness Bako scored in the last few kicks of match at Molineux.

Palace won at Derby last night, I think :-)

Wonder how United got on. Expect we will be told :-(

Gins Report 2 Mar 2013 23:23

Joy oh joy

Oldham 0 - 2 Sheff Utd

:-D :-D :-D

JustJohn Report 3 Mar 2013 08:05

Suarez was awesome for Liverpool. Still just behind Everton though.
And Kagara played great for Man Utd. And what about Ameobi?

And today it is Bale FC vs Gunners. Should be worth watching on MOTD2 :-D

JustJohn Report 3 Mar 2013 16:42

Bale FC 1-0 up approaching half-time.

JustJohn Report 3 Mar 2013 18:22

Bale FC won 2-1. Seven points clear of Arsenal now and in third place.

Biting at heels of second place Man City. C'mon Wolves. You can do it!!! Sign Gareth Bale, that is. ;-)

Muffyxx Report 3 Mar 2013 18:30

DELIGHTED with today's result.!!! ....There's more to us than Gareth Bale..but hey...I'm happy regardless.....fantastic entertaining game...Well done Spurs....3rd place !!!! whoooo hooooo

JustJohn Report 3 Mar 2013 18:35

Let's see just how well you play without Gareth Bale, Muffy :-)

Heard a rumour that Dean Saunders had offered £8m for him and it had been accepted - on condition Wolves is renamed Bale Wanderers.

May have dreamt it though :-( :-( Snoozed a lot today.

Muffyxx Report 3 Mar 2013 18:38

I'd steer away from the mushrooms if I were you John ;-) lol

Not denying Bale isn't in fantastic form..but earlier in the season when he was injured we were still winning games...Would rather have him in than out obviously but he's part of a fab team...and clearly thriving and playing outstanding win for him and Tottenham.

I have confidence that even if we lose Bale we'll still be ok..they said the same about Modric last season ....

Mersey Report 3 Mar 2013 18:40

Well done Muffy's team, was a great match :-D :-D

Muffyxx Report 3 Mar 2013 18:42

Thank you Mersey...I'm a bit tired and over emotional after that tbh..but i'm soooooooooooooooo pleased with the result !!!!

North London is blue and white *dances across thread with pure joy* :-D

JustJohn Report 3 Mar 2013 18:44

I reckon Bale is one of top three players in world at present and certainly best player in England and has been almost since he left Wales. Suarez runs him a close second and I was amazed to see Ameobi's skills yesterday. He is a coming man if he can play like that every week.

But Bale has amazing speed, amazing ball control, the best shot from distance and can change any match. And he is Welsh :-D :-D

Muffyxx Report 3 Mar 2013 18:47

He had a bit of a rocky start when he first started playing for Tottenham tbh an ardent Spurs supporter I do remember the times when everytime he started for us we lost !!! But Harry persevered..thankfully.

Yes he's Welsh..but more importantly...He's a spurs player..and I couldn't give a nut where he comes from as long as he does our shirt proud !!!!

JustJohn Report 3 Mar 2013 20:51

Remember Allan Clarke being booed from the terraces at Walsall. He was a long, stringy Saddler who could just not win a tackle.

Don Revie must have spotted something in him (Harry Rednapp of his day?) and next thing he was a Leeds and England star. :-)

I watched the Spurs and Arsenal game yesterday and John I dont know where you got your score line from 1.0 @ half time it was 2.0 with in the first 5 mins, and how anyoen can rate Suarez it pains me to type his name the racist thug.

Muffy I would love it for Spurs to finish 2nd I really would :-D

Muffyxx Report 4 Mar 2013 10:51

I think second would probably be asking a bit much Hayley..I'd be over the moon with third though.

Pleased to see that a lot of the pundits agreed with me and chose Jan Vertonghen as man of the match. It was the defence that won the game for us...and lost it for Arsenal.....I'm still smiling today !

Silly Sausage Report 4 Mar 2013 11:01

And you so you should, Spurs were the strong team yesterday and I am shamed to say I dont know all your players :-(

JoyDean Report 4 Mar 2013 11:26

Thank you, Elizabeth. :)
