	Sorry John LC....I did mean 2cm...not 2mm but I did post in the early hours and my brain works in inches, didn't mean to be rude....and I was only 'working by rule of thumb'. Sorry BK, whilst I can read the OP and others after ,I can't type in them. My typing is slow ,so I'd be here until Christmas if I tried ;-)
