RR thanks for that - I had only ever heard of Spike saying. I do love a bit of social history. |

I have pansies in full bloom and my wonderful Daphne Odora bush is covered in sweet smelling dainty blooms - one small bunch can fill the house with perfume |

Thnx Det It is a lovely blank canvas been here since Nov so did some bits but pots ar defo the way to go. I like seeing colour and smells in the garden. My husband has our old house and garden and I do.miss what we turned it into. Hopefully my next move will be my last for a while and I can concentrate on bringing my personality out in the garden x |

Enjoy your weather - At least you can wrap up and start to tidy the garden if it's really over grown. Once it warms up a bit more, you could consider planting things in pots, then you can take them with you the next time you move ;-) |

Its beautiful here. No flowers in this garden yet as previous tennants let the garden grow wild, but plenty of birds around. Its the kind of day to be out of doors at one with nature. bit too cold to sit out long, but encouraging to know we can start pottering around. Theres lots to do here but its worth it even for a short time. Just hope the next garden i get is loved more. |
