My hubby kept getting letters from ,wait for it ! Barclays saying he had promised a repayment programme on the money he owed and had defaulted yet again. The first time he went into panic mode cos he has always had a healthy balance on his account and he worried if someone had hacked it.. |

my son was unable to withdraw cash on his card...rang lloyds to be told the account details he gave were on no records of theres....hes had the account for 35ys. will see what tale they come up with when he goes to the bank tomoz. |

I would be on the phone to Barclays on freephone 0800 282 390 and demand to speak to a complaints manager. |

If you want to change ISA provider, the new provider will organise it I think so choose one that is internet and you won't have to visit the branch. I think that is how it works. |
