speaking to OH and he could not recall something which had happened that day (no - he has always been like this).

So I threw this question to him 'what is my favourite flower?'.

Well any OH would know that or would he - does yours?

Last night I asked had he remembered and the next thing he was looking through a recent seed catalogue and yes they were there. I did give him a hint, I have worn them, they will grow in garden but I was never successful.

He guessed lupin - can just see me with one on a lapel.

Freesias!!!!!!

If I asked OH, he would say Roses.

The ones that come in a box, covered with chocolate

Favourite flower? My hubby wouldn't have a clue....he'd take a guess at one of the few flowers he knows, he would hazard a guess LOL :-D :-0

Just asked my OH. He looked blank for a minute, then grinned and said "rose".

Wrong! Why does he think I have a garden full of daffodils, bring them in the house whenever I can and regularly tell him that I'd like to die in spring so that I can have a few daffs at my funeral?

I reckon 50% of men will say rose.

Mine would have a guess but he'd have a problem because I don't really have a favourite, I love most flowers and the favourite is usually the one I am looking at at that time.

I do especially love feesias though, and daffodils, and roses, and carnations, and, and, and. see what I mean?

Reminds me of the time when I posted about 7-8 yrs ago that friends/relatives were waiting for OH to notice my new glasses.
It took either 10 or 12 days!

I did ask my OH and he said how am I supposed to know when you don´t know yourself

If I had to say anything it would be that thing in the garden and peonies.

He is right that thing in the garden I don´t know the name but has a beautiful white large flower that unfolds and the peony he has remembered from many years ago. I don´t really have a favourite flower though.
