I have seen this mentioned several times on these boards, what exactly does it mean?

Muffyxx Report 9 Mar 2013 17:08

It means you post and no one posts again on that thread afterwards Paula. x

ChrisofWessex Report 9 Mar 2013 17:08

Paula - if you have posted on a thread and no one else posts after you - then you are deemed to have 'killed the thread'.

I have many times!!

'Emma' Report 9 Mar 2013 17:10

PollyinBrum Report 9 Mar 2013 17:25

Oh! Now I understand, thank you, it seems a pity to "kill" a thread without intending to.

:-D :-D :-D

JustJohn Report 9 Mar 2013 17:27

Sometimes a thread goes off of page one & dies, because everyone is posting on another & the big threads get brought back up.

I do try to look back just in case someone has been ignored thus killing what could have been an interesting thread.

JustJohn Report 9 Mar 2013 17:40

Geordie :-D :-D :-D

Porkie_Pie Report 9 Mar 2013 17:56
