Ann I do slice me lemon and put them in ice cube trays to mix with me drinks it works everytime......Ideal for putting in a summer punch too....... |

If you want juice from a lemon but don't want to waste the rest of it, you can roll it hard on a worktop, then wash it well and stick a clean skewer or similar object into the peel and squeeze the juice from the hole. Warming in a microwave for a few seconds also helps release the juice, don't make the hole first tho lol |

Having taken the peel off a lemon with the potato peeler I then cut it up the same way as I chop herbs,in a cup with a pair of scissors. |
