I can dress myself with the exception of my bra. I had delivery of a front fastening one this morning and nearly strangled myself!

M & S have only one style.

If you wear this type of bra can you PM me please? If I find one I could then become independent in dressing/undressing.
Every move forward helps!

Dawnie the M&S does not have wires and on internet mainly without wires.

I have to do mine up in front and then twist it round!!! if there are front fastening ones they sure won't do them in my cup size

How about the Ahh bra types....a size smaller holds all and one can step into it....comfortable too.

I bought the Ahh haa bra's and cannot get on with them, I am not a big person but find I cant breath once I eventually get them on

Belvia is the same as Ahh bra.....Ifyou hav'nt got the strengh in one hand/arm it is not easy to get on
