Simon, I think, is shortly going to get a big shock. I think this storyline is heading towards the danger of gangs. Next thing there will be knives involved and Simon will carry the blame whether ot not he is guilty. that is just me guessing but it has to be going somwhere.

No that baby I don't think is old enough to roll over, but I can't remember when she was born, maybe she is supposed to be three months now, time scales are different in soapland.

However, if Bethany had looked at the envelope that Ryan fished out of her locker, she presumably would have seen the surname, and put two and two together. But, this is never the case in soaps is it?

I wondered why they have resurrected that storyline Island, maybe because he is going to appeal as many do. Or maybe to show how family often don't believe the facts as his daughter doesn't. Or maybe they couldn't think of anything else.

Yes I wondered why they didn't see them. Did he actually hear what she said? Nothing Craig has said since has led me to believe he was supposed to know whose daughter she is. did I miss anything?

How come the wife and the daughter of the grooming cop could not see Craig in the doorway?

I only watch Corrie but rarely 'live' so we save some for another day.


Why on earth have they dragged back the Bethany grooming story?

They do these high impact 'awareness' storylines very well but then weaken them by floundering.


I'm not sure what Flora is meant to be? How has she gone from a dependant lady in a care home to a slighty eccentric lady who is able to dress neatly and round up the Shreddies grannies for a booze up (please not again)
It crossed my mind that she might buy the Rovers for Daniel and Sinead :-0

Anyone else find it tiring having the soaps in hour long slots on the evenings we get them? Three hours of soaps this evening.

Some of the storylines are going a bit awry I think. Do I detect that Abi and Seth will become regulars now?

I think Norris has gone to stay with Emily, who is back in England looking after her niece Freda, who is poorly. I'm wondering whether Malcolm Hebden, who plays Norris is ill, and that might be why he has taken an extended break.

I read that he has taken leave of absence for a few months but I don’t know where the character has gone.

Does Maria pay rent? Or is it 'all found' for working in the Salon? She has been putting up Kirky and Beth too.

Has anyone seen her kid for months either? These children disappear for months and then come back as different actors. Remember Tracey? She changed at least 3 times!!! :-D :-D :-D Same with Nick.

It also makes me smile how people have operations and recover fully in weeks, rather than months.

Remember Rita? She was up and running The Kabin again in a couple of weeks.

MTG I thought she was just going to be after Bethany as a 'partner' not Craig, until last night. And he is still lying to her now, eveil man.

the baby story is tying itself in knots. Would a court award custody to a grandparent who has MS and who has plans to move to Spain? And how is Eva going to explain Susie's birth certificate in the future as it doesn't have her name on it I think. I know the girl who plays her is leaving so I wonder if she plans taking her out of the country. But how will she get a passport for her with a false birth certificate. Oh what a tangled web we weave...... :-S

Well now I am totally confused with all the storylines.

I thought that girl in the Speed Dahl was being a bit friendly, but who would have thought she was the daughter of the copper in the grooming storyline? She is out to get revenge for her dad me thinks.

The Susie storyline is also going awry. So many people involved, it will all end in tears.

Still don't get Liz being the femme fatale. But that is her character, a man-eater.

As for Simon. Don't get me started. Why do both Leanne and Peter pussyfoot around him all the time? He is a right little rotter.
