Marriage Records not saved or lost on tree

Hi All

I have only recently discovered that i appear to have "lost" all marriage records that i have saved over the years on my tree which is pretty annoying to say the least.I contacted the Genes Reunited Support Team today who kindly informed me that they were aware of the problem and would appreciate my patience in them resolving same. However after further investigation i believe that other members have had the same problem as me since at least early January 2013 and the problem has still not been resolved which i find totally unacceptable.I am due to renew my subscription this coming Thursday but am loathe to do so as i find the inertia on Genes Reunited's part to reslove this problem totally unacceptable.Have tried a trial version of Family Historian and may go for broke and try that.I'm lucky as i only have 1300+ relatives in the tree,God forbid if i had 10,000+.I felt fobbed off by the Genes Reunited Support Team who are obviously aware of this problem but cannot accept that the new tree format is an aysmal failure.Would love to know what other members think as i feel stongly enough to highlight this issue outside this arena in publications such as WDYTYA , Your Famiy Tree Magazine etc etc.

Cheers,
Paul
