One of my tribe was Bishop of Sodor and Isle of Man, a fluent Manx speaker.

Also if you have research in IOM join the IOMFHS - £10 per year and 4 magazines and lots of help.

The Manx census interesting you will find out if ancestors spoke Manx or English or both.

Hi folks, was hopeing for some advice. Ive recently returned from Jerby on IoM and want to continue my search.....having some difficulties with this site tho.....can i not get their records on here? :-S
